Fragrance Advisor
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent the Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert product knowledge, personalised service, and a passion for fragrance. You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
As one of our highly skilled sales associates, you will combine your creative and technical expertise—developed through retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events—and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience, educating and delighting customers.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Able to provide proof of right-to-work status in the country if invited for an interview
Essential Criteria
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment (including flexible shifts)
- Proven ability to create inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service
Preferred (but not mandatory) Experience
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems
