Fragrance Advisor – Representing Estée Lauder Companies
This role involves representing Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands by delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Expert product knowledge
- Personalised service

As a Fragrance Advisor, you will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
About the Role
As a highly skilled sales associate, you will:
- Combine creative and technical expertise with compassion to:
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience
- Educate and delight customers through fragrance discovery
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to:
- Drive impact through in-store events
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store exceeds competitors

Requirements

- Qualification/experience in retail sales (amateur experience welcomed)
