The Cosmetics Company Stores are part of The Estée Lauder Companies, the leading outlet retailing operation in the UK. We began our journey in 1994 with our first UK store in Bath, now operating over 20 stores at premier Designer Outlet destinations, including Bicester Village, Cheshire Oaks, and Gunwharf Quays.
Our stores offer a premium experience featuring key brand names—including Clinique, Estée Lauder, Jo Malone London, M·A·C, and Tom Ford Beauty—allowing customers to explore skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare in a polished, indulgent setting.
🔹 About the Role
We are seeking a Key Holder to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently.

🔹 Responsibilities
The Key Holder will:
- Support in organising, training, and coaching team members.
- Contribute to customer service excellence through personalised, inspirational interactions.
- Ensure sales targets and customer service standards are met.
- Help with store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
- Collaborate in maintaining a positive and productive team culture.
🔹 Requirements
You will have:
- While not essential, prior experience in retail operations—particularly with cash reconciliation, store opening/closing, stock management, and customer service—is a strong advantage.
- Supervisory experience (including coaching, mentoring, and guiding teams to achieve sales and customer service objectives) is highly desirable.
- A strong passion for customer service, with a focus on inspirational, personalised experiences.
- Flexibility to work varied hours/days to support operational needs (we value work-life balance and seek candidates where great alignment exists).
