Key Holder | Estée Lauder Companies Stores
The Cosmetics Company Stores is the outlet retailing operation of the Estée Lauder Companies. We opened our first UK store in 1994 in the historic town of Bath, England, and now operate 20+ stores at key Designer Outlet destinations across the UK, including Bicester Village, Cheshire Oaks, and Gunwharf Quays.
Our stores offer consumers access to all core Estée Lauder Companies brands, including:
- Clinique
- Estée Lauder
- Jo Malone London
- M·A·C
- Tom Ford Beauty
Consumers can immerse themselves in a world of premium skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare.
About the Role
We are looking for a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Responsibilities

- Assisting with store operations and day-to-day management
- Supporting in cash reconciliation and inventory management

Desirable (Previous Experience):
- Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures.
- Previous supervisory experience, particularly in coaching/mentoring to meet sales and service targets.
- Knowledge of beauty retail, skincare, or makeup retailing.
