Estimating Assistant / Tender Enquiries Coordinator

Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.

Aberdare, South Wales

Permanent salary + benefits package

We are looking for an Estimating Assistant / Tender Enquiries Coordinator to join our Pre-Construction and Work Winning team.

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone with one to five years of relevant experience who is looking to develop their career within the construction and civil engineering industry.

Working closely with our Lead Estimators, you will coordinate tender enquiries and obtain competitive quotations for subcontract works and materials. The information you gather will form an important part of our cost estimates and tender submissions for civil engineering projects.

You will also develop strong relationships with our supply chain partners and play a key role in supporting the company’s work-winning and procurement strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
