Estimation & Sales Support Co-Ordinator

Location: Abingdon - Hybrid

Trinity Fire & Security Systems are seeking a Support Co-Ordinator to provide coordination and administrative support to our Sales and Bid teams. This role offers a unique blend of administrative tasks through the logging and processing of enquiries, alongside supporting planned preventive maintenance (PPM) estimating activities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Monitor and manage shared inbox's, ensuring professional engagement to our clients.
  • Coordinate the completion of supplier questionnaires, onboarding forms, and client portals.
  • Support pricing of planned preventative maintenance works.
  • Liaise with operational and technical teams to ensure deliverable quotations.
  • Maintain estimating templates, cost models, and quotation records.

What we’re looking for

You might already work within Sales / Estimation — or perhaps an Administrator ready to take the next step. You’ll have:

  • A proactive and organised way of working with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong administrative ability with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to liaise with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A methodical approach to handling data, documentation, and records.
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office.
