Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday, 08:30 – 16:30 Friday
Location: Neath, Wales
Are you technically minded, customer-focused and great at turning requirements into the right solution?
We’re looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Estimator to join our growing team in Neath.
This is a customer-focused role where you’ll combine technical understanding, communication skills and attention to detail to understand what customers need and turn their requirements into accurate quotations and 2D AutoCAD drawings.
You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through their options, asking the right questions and recommending solutions that meet their requirements, specification and budget. You’ll also play an important role in developing strong customer relationships, following up quotations and helping to convert enquiries into orders.
You’ll suit this role if you enjoy solving problems, have a genuine interest in products and design, and take pride in providing a knowledgeable and professional service. An understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing would be highly beneficial, as would an interest in aesthetics and the built environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
