Are you an Estimator from a Tier 2 main contractor background looking to join a forward-thinking business where your contribution genuinely matters? Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking for an Estimator to join their expanding team. Your Role As An Estimator Will Include:
- Preparing Accurate Cost Estimates & Tender Submissions
- Reviewing Drawings, Specifications & Tender Documentation
- Obtaining & Evaluating Subcontractor & Supplier Quotations
- Working Closely With Commercial & Operational Teams
- Identifying Risks, Opportunities & Value Engineering Solutions

As An Estimator You Will Need To Have:
- Experience As An Estimator With A UK Main Contractor
- Tier 2 Main Contractor Background Preferred
- Experience Pricing Commercial, Residential, Education or Industrial Projects
- Strong Commercial Awareness & Communication Skills
