Estimator – Drylining & Facades

We are partnering with a well-established and growing specialist contractor delivering drylining and façade packages across major residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout London.

With a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming projects, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join its pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with strong drylining and façade experience to take ownership of tenders, work on high-profile developments, and play a key role in securing new business for an ambitious and growing contractor.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process from initial enquiry through to submission and handover. Working closely with the commercial, pre-construction, and operational teams, you will produce accurate and competitive tenders while identifying commercial opportunities, managing risk, and ensuring bids are delivered to a high standard. The role would suit an Estimator who combines strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness and enjoys working in a fast-paced specialist contracting environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
