You’ll play an important role in helping us deliver a wide range of interesting and varied projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling multiple projects, including civil engineering, oversight, and building works
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Reviewing tender documents and preparing subcontractor and material enquiries
- Producing bills of quantities
- Risk and value management
- Preparing budgets, cost plans, and estimates
- Working independently to deliver accurate, competitive tenders
- Applying your understanding of CDM Health & Safety, modern construction methods, and contract requirements

- Experience with Conquest Software (advantageous – training available)
- Experience within the Highways / Civil Engineering industry
