About the Role
Ceetech, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for an Estimator to join the team based in Manchester, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Ceetech has established itself as one of the leading building services contractors. Their complete service includes the integration of mechanical and electrical installations, as well as those that make use of renewable energy sources. Focusing on major developments and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, the team possesses decades of combined experience.

- Reviewing tender enquiries and developing a bid strategy with the Bid Manager to give a competitive edge
- Producing market competitive, nett cost estimates for both traditional and non-traditional bids in line with the Ceetech Group processes and procedures
- Carrying out accurate quantity take-offs for the purposes of estimating
- Inputting labour, plant, and materials into estimating systems to deliver first principles-based estimating ethos
- Issuing and vetting material and sub-contract enquiries where required to support nett cost pricing

Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working within the building services, automation, and airport sector is preferable
- Experience of various projects and a range of project values
- Good and clear communicator
