Company Overview
Our client is a specialist internal fit-out contractor delivering complex controlled environments for some of the most demanding sectors in construction. Their work spans data centres, life sciences and advanced manufacturing facilities, with projects across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe.
The business has built a strong reputation for precision, quality and technical capability in environments where tolerances are tight and performance standards are exacting. Main contractors and end clients rely on them to deliver specialist internal packages on projects where getting the detail right is critical.
With demand for mission-critical and high-specification facilities continuing to grow, the business is expanding steadily and strengthening its estimating function. This creates an opportunity for an ambitious estimator to join a growing team and build their career in one of the most technically rewarding areas of the fit-out market.
Working Environment & Projects
You will join a close-knit estimating team that works collaboratively despite being remote-first. The culture is supportive and detail-focused, with experienced colleagues on hand to help you develop your technical knowledge of controlled environment systems and the sectors they serve.
Projects involve specialist internal fit-out packages on data centres, life sciences facilities and manufacturing plants, typically including cleanroom and controlled environment systems, partitions, ceilings, doors, finishes and associated specialist works. These are technically demanding schemes that offer excellent exposure to mission-critical construction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
