The Company

A well-established engineering manufacturer supplying high-quality precision products into a range of industrial sectors is looking to recruit an Estimator to join its commercial team.

Working within a fast-paced and technically driven manufacturing environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing business that prides itself on engineering excellence, innovation, and customer service. The role offers long-term career development, ongoing investment in people and technology, and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of bespoke projects.

The Role

As the Estimator, you will take ownership of the quotation process from initial enquiry through to final quotation. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing, you will assess technical requirements, determine the most efficient manufacturing route, calculate costs, and produce accurate quotations within customer deadlines.

This is a varied role where no two enquiries are the same, requiring excellent technical understanding, commercial awareness, and strong organizational skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
