Estimator - Construction
A well thought of High End residential main contractor is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing team.
The Estimator will be joining a supportive culture with an established business - this is the perfect opportunity for an Estimator, who wants to make an impact and help build on continued growth whilst being involved in some fantastic projects across London and Surrey.
The Company
The Estimator will join a company who have an impressive run of work ahead of them and also a healthy number of enquiries - all prime refurbishments and one off bespoke new builds within London, Surrey and the South East.

The company are a 30+ strong team and turnover £18 Million+ with an incredibly supportive and tight knit team.
They're well established, deliver projects from £1 - £8 million, have great relationships within their supply chain and deliver a fantastic end product.
The Estimators Role
The successful Estimator will be working closely with one of the current directors. You'll be working closely with one of the directors in particular as they currently have a hand in estimating for the business. You'll become the core estimating function of the business eventually and build your team as the company grows.

Ideally, you'll have a background in High End / Prime Residential markets - If not a background / experience of the residential market or commercial fit out market is essential.
The Estimator - Requirements
- Prime / High end residential experience
- A solid track record of accuracy + work winning ability
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good IT skills
