Estimator
£30,000 - £35,000
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, office based
Huddersfield area, West Yorkshire
A specialist manufacturer is seeking an Estimator to join an established and experienced estimating team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess incoming customer enquiries
- Ensure all required information is available prior to preparing quotations
- Liaise with customers to clarify technical and commercial requirements
- Interpret architects' drawings and bills of quantities
- Calculate costs and prepare accurate quotations
- Maintain accurate enquiry and quotation records
- Follow up quotations and monitor outcomes
- Process customer orders once quotations are accepted

Experience Required
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, building, or joinery sectors
- Previous experience in an Estimator or Quantity Surveying role or similar
- Strong IT and numerical skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator who works well within a team
