The role of the Estimator Commercial Roof Maintenance will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with a range of various industrial and commercial roofing maintenance and repair services; cut edge treatment, full roof overlay, single skin, composite, liquid & singly ply membranes, gutter refurbishment, leak investigation & repair, roof & gutter cleaning, and roof slating & tiling
- Reviewing engineer recommendations and client requests and generating minor works quotations
- Using spreadsheets and bespoke software to calculate costs to carry out minor works
- Securing works orders, procurement of parts and plant and scheduling works
- Assist with the development of supply chain by identifying potential new suppliers
- Carrying out site surveys as and when required (National with some overnight stays)
- Projects range in value from £1k to £100k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Commercial Roof Maintenance with:
- Must have experience estimating work within the construction or services market sector
- Ideally will have experience within the roofing maintenance & repairs market sector
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Full UK driving license
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Confident and articulate
- Ability to plan and organise deliverables
