Are you a Construction Estimator looking to step into a role with a rapidly growing Property Servicing group offering progression into Senior Estimator, a versatile range of jobs within the commercial and residential sectors and training on Project Management?
This established and growing building surveying and construction company with expertise in building consultancy and fire risk management supplying to a vast range of commercial and residential clients. Working on sites as big as £5 million, this is a chance to join their only other Estimator in a versatile role.
This is a diverse role where you will be taking inbound enquiries and pricing construction projects on a day-to-day basis. You'll play a key role in pricing and procurement across exciting commercial and residential projects, working closely with other departments and reporting to the Commercial Director. This will mainly be office based with occasional site visits with an hour once a fortnight to site scoping.

This role would suit an Estimator from any Construction background looking to join a well-established and growing Property Servicing company offering a chance to upskill in Project Management.
The Role:
- Produce Estimates and pricings of components based on drawings
- Estimating Construction / Building projects as big as £5,000,000
- Occasional site scoping visits (within an hour of the office) with mileage paid
- Monday - Friday (8:30am-4:30pm)
- Training in Project Management and anything you suggest if suitable
The Person:
- Estimator within Construction industry
- Willing to commute to office in Norwich and occasional site visits
