Estimator (Construction)

Milton Keynes

£40,000-£50,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Company Benefits

Are you an Estimator or similar from a Construction background looking to join a tight-knit, yet growing well-established company who offer the chance to work on bespoke projects and a range of progression opportunities to continually progress your career?

This company are a well-established provider of Tarmac and Road solutions who work with a broad range of clients across the Commercial, Residential and Infrastructure sectors. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team of 25.

In this varied role you will be responsible for pricing jobs and providing quotations, in addition to liaising with key stakeholders and undertaking associated project work. The projects will range from £2,500 to £100,000, and is a primarily office based role where you will occasionally travel to sites.

This exciting role would suit an Estimator from a Construction or similar looking to further your career working on a range of projects within a leading company who offer flexible working and a range of progression to senior roles.

The Role:

  • Price jobs and provide quotations
  • Support Project Management team
  • Liaise with clients, key stakeholders and other departments to clarify project details and ensure accurate costings
  • Ongoing project involvement and technical support
  • Occasionally attend site visits or client meetings
