The role of the Estimator – Roofing will involve:
- Estimator position producing estimates for a range of roofing and cladding solutions
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for projects in line with client requirements
- Actively seek opportunities for business development, fostering new client relationships
- Generate timely and well-structured quotes to meet customer demands
- Managing the inbox and monitoring responses for potential projects and client enquiries
- Monitoring ongoing projects from a cost perspective
- Working on projects ranging from £5k – £300k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Roofing with:
- Must have estimating experience within construction
- Must have experience with CAD
- Ideally have experience within roofing
- Must be IT literate
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
