Are you an Estimator or similar coming from a background within the Building HVAC/Services/MEP/Facilities Management industry or a related field, with prior experience in an Estimator role or a related position, looking to join a well-established, highly-impressive company, providing a variety of full turnkey solutions, quickly making a name for themselves as leaders within the Building Services sector?

In this role, the successful Estimator or similar will be responsible for:
- Oversight of projects from initial conception through to handover, covering all commercial and estimating aspects.
- Reviewing and producing both tender documentation and quotes in line with design criteria, ensuring solutions meets client requirements.
- Attending site to survey both existing and proposed installations.
- Bid submissions and negotiations.
- Creating a presentation document including designs and specifications, equipment schedules, materials, labour hours, and summary of costs.
- Customer, client, supplier, subcontractor, and interdepartmental liaison to ensure a smooth acquisition process and eventual handover to the project team.

The ideal Estimator or similar will have:
- A background within the HVAC/Building Services/MEP/Facilities Management industry or a related field.
- Prior experience in an Estimator position or a similar role.
- A strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- The ability to attend client sites to survey existing and proposed installations and address client queries, tenders, quotations, and bids.
- Strong organisational, communicational, and analytical skills.
- The ability to work well both as part of a team and autonomously.
- A full, valid UK driver's license.
The Role:
- Oversight and Management of Pre-Construction phase
- Customer and Client Liaison
- Co-ordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

- Have a background within the Building Services/MEP/Facilities Management/Construction or a related field.
- Previous working experience in a Pre-Construction Manager position or a similar role.
- Strong organisational, communicational, and analytical skills.
