In this role, the successful Estimator or similar will be responsible for:

• Oversight of projects from initial conception through to handover, covering all commercial and estimating aspects.
• Reviewing and producing both tender documentation and quotes in line with design criteria, ensuring solutions meets client requirements.
• Attending site to survey both existing and proposed installations.
• Bid submissions and negotiations.
• Creating a presentation document including designs and specifications, equipment schedules, materials, labour hours, and summary of costs.
• Customer, client, supplier, subcontractor, and interdepartmental liaison to ensure a smooth acquisition process and eventual handover to the project team.
