Estimator (Rotating Equipment)

£55,000 - £60,000 + Overtime (OTE £70k) + Progression + Training + 33 Days Holiday

Are you an Estimator from a rotating equipment/machinery background, looking to join a well-established company offering clear routes to progress into managerial roles within 2 years?

In this role you will be responsible for leading estimating life cycles, interpret drawings and specifications. You will also prepare cost breakdowns, carry out risk assessments and mentor the Junior Estimators.

Established in 2011 this automotive specialist company are looking to expand their workforce by 30% to help remain at the top of their industry. This company do the repairs for other industrial businesses that rely on this machinery to keep their production or operations running.

This role would Suit an Estimator with experience in motors, pumps, gearboxes or similar, looking to join a stable company where you can progress your career into a Senior Estimator position.

The Role:

  • Leading estimating life cycles, interpret drawings and specifications
  • Estimating for rotating equipment such as gearboxes, motors and pumps
  • Prepare cost breakdowns, risk assess and mentor other Estimators
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, 40 hour week
  • Optional overtime, paid at 1.5x

  • Experience with gearboxes, motors, pumps or other rotating equipment
