Estimator – Bespoke Joinery
Job Title: Estimator – Bespoke Joinery
Location: Leicester
Remuneration: £55,000 + Discretionary bonus
Benefits: 22 days annual leave, Health schemes and Company benefits package
The Role
The role of the Estimator – Bespoke Joinery will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with a high end range of bespoke commercial & residential joinery projects (desks, panelling, furniture, cabinets and surfaces)
- Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines
- Working on projects where each product/system is unique and therefore requires a bespoke approach
- Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Managing large projects up-to a value of £750k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Bespoke Joinery with:
- Must have experience as an Estimator working within the bespoke joinery sector
- Highly advantageous to have commercial joinery experience
- Strong technical understanding of drawings and client specifications
- Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans
- Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills
- IT Literate particularly excel
