Job Title: Estimator / Order Processor Fenestration

About the Role
The role of the Estimator / Order Processor Fenestration will involve:
- Office based Estimator / Order Processor position dealing with a bespoke range of commercial & residential fenestration projects, covering windows, doors, roof lights, and glazing systems
- Liaise with customers, contractors, and suppliers, resolving technical queries and confirming pricing, specifications, lead times, and manufacturing requirements
- Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines
- Working on projects where each product/system is unique and therefore requires a bespoke approach
- Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Managing large projects up to a value of £600k

Ideal Candidate
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator / Order Processor Fenestration with:
- Must have experience as an Estimator or Order Processor working within the fenestration sector, open to windows, doors, glass, glazing, roof lights, or closely related
- IT Literate particularly in Excel
- Strong technical understanding of drawings and client specifications
- Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans
- Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills
