If you are an Estimator with 4-5+ years' experience in the construction industry and are looking for a new challenge, please get in contact.
You will ideally have experience of new build, refurbishment and fit out projects in London / South East England.
Process driven and keen attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines is essential.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hockley, Essex for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for:
- Preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates
- Analysing project requirements
- Reviewing project drawings and specifications
- Collaborating with project managers and clients
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring that all estimates are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, reviewing Employer's Requirements, project drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Experience in identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as an Estimator desirable
