🏠 WE’RE HIRING – ESTIMATOR / SUPERVISOR
London & Kent Roofing Ltd is looking for an experienced Estimator / Supervisor to join our growing team.
We’re seeking someone with solid roofing experience who can manage projects from initial site survey and estimating through to completion, while keeping high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out site surveys and preparing quotations
- Estimating labour and materials
- Supervising roofing teams and subcontractors
- Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- Checking quality of work and site standards
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and contractors
The ideal candidate:
- Proven roofing industry experience
- Previous estimating and/or supervisory experience
- Good knowledge of roofing systems and materials
- Organised, reliable and professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
