Estore Fulfilment Coordinator

The Estore Fulfilment Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate and timely fulfilment of online orders assigned to the UK fulfilment centre. This role's day-to-day operation includes order processing, pick, pack and dispatch, and inventory management. This role will be based in our London hub, and will dual report to the UK Online Fulfilment Manager and Online Trading Manager for brand.com.

Responsibilities:

Fulfilment

  • Order processing from the e-commerce platform.
  • Pick, prepare and meticulously hand labelling creations and pack orders according to Le Labo's packaging standards.
  • Ensure that all international regulations and paperwork are followed.

Dispatch

  • Ensure all orders are dispatched in 2 business days upon receipt of order.
  • Ensure packages are picked up by shipping carriers in time.

Inventory Management

  • Receive deliveries and ensure quantity of received goods match against PO.
  • Record, replenish and maintain stock and supply levels.
  • Ensure batch codes of all products are in date.
  • Maintain and update product quantity and availability on the e-commerce website.

Customer Service

  • Provide professional and responsive customer service through telephone.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and order related issues, providing appropriate and tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer or fulfilment issues and liaise with Concierge for special requests and orders.

  • Must be able to support high-volume trading periods with efficiency to work through significant fluctuations in daily order volumes.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise work assignments.
  • Ability to function independently after training to complete assignments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good understanding of stock availability and online product management.
  • Must be passionate about providing an exemplary customer service.
  • Proficiency in E-commerce shipping software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable delivering results in a busy, fast-paced environment.
