Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Build and develop relationships with institutional clients in the UK and ex EU.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' trading workflows to identify client needs and cross-selling opportunities across the firm’s ETF execution offering, including ETF Algo and electronic trading solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the ETF franchise.
- Develop relationships with buy-side trading desks, portfolio managers and other market participants.
- Support senior sales traders in expanding existing client relationships.
- Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences and industry events.
Trading & Execution
- Execute orders across multiple electronic and voice trading channels.
- Deliver high-quality execution and market colour to institutional clients.
- Work closely with the wider ETF Sales Trading team to provide seamless client coverage.
- Monitor markets, liquidity and ETF pricing throughout the trading day.
- Support RFQ workflow and electronic trading platforms.
- Ensure best execution and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the ETF Sales Trading and Trading team based in Frankfurt and Paris together.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment where clients are covered collectively rather than individually.
Experience
Profile required
Current experience
- Good understanding of the European ETF market structure and liquidity
- Existing relationships with institutional ETF trading desks or buy-side traders are considered as a strong advantage
- Experience with RFQ platforms and electronic trading
