Business Ethics & Integrity Manager

📍 London | 🕒 Permanent, Full Time (hybrid working)

Our client in property development is looking for an Ethics & Integrity Manager to strengthen their culture of integrity, transparency and trust. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the Corporate team, reporting to the General Counsel.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and evolve the ethics & integrity framework, including Code of Conduct, AML, fraud prevention, whistleblowing and complaints.
  • Translate complex regulations into clear, practical guidance for teams across the business.
  • Oversee speak-up channels and support investigations into conduct or ethics breaches.
  • Assess compliance and conduct risks, monitor trends, and report to senior leadership.
  • Design and deliver ethics and compliance training for employees, management and the board.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, Finance, Risk, Operations and external bodies, local authorities and regulators.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in ethics, compliance, legal, risk or investigations.
  • Proven background in conduct risk, whistleblowing, compliance frameworks or investigations.
  • Excellent judgment, communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience handling sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Desirable: property, housing, or professional services sector experience, AML/SAR knowledge, sanctions/PEPs exposure.
