This recruitment event will provide insight into Etihad's expansion plans, recruitment pathways, and what you can expect as part of their Cabin Crew community.
To join Etihad's Cabin Crew team, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Minimum height: 163 cm (no reach test required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- High standard of personal grooming
- No visible tattoos or piercings; one earring per lobe permitted for females
- Clean criminal record and ability to travel without restrictions
- Willingness to serve alcohol, including during Ramadan, and comply with UAE & GCAA requirements
- Ability to swim with a flotation device
