ETRM Technical Account Manager - £75k Basic + Bonus + Benefits
Global ETRM software house seeks an experienced ETRM professional to manage their UK & European clients. Joining their London office, you’ll work in a hybrid role with 1 day in the office and 4 days flexi working, although you will also want to visit your clients as needed.
The Role
The successful ETRM Technical Account Manager will have a strong background in ETRM working in a similar Account Manager or Customer Success role or coming from more of an ETRM delivery role. It is important that you have a good knowledge of the ETRM industry so are able to talk to clients on their level, understanding their requirements and problems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Equally this is a commercially driven role, so requires someone able to manage multiple multinational clients, with experience of renewals, upselling, and related activities. This role is ideal for someone working in ETRM but who enjoys the customer facing side of the role, more than the day to day ETRM software implementation.
