Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Location: Lichfield, WS13 8SU

Are you an organised administrator with strong attention to detail? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced transport and customer service environment?

We're looking for an EU Administrator to support transport collections and deliveries, maintain accurate system data, liaise with customers, suppliers and customs, and help ensure operational excellence across our network.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Maintain and update accurate data across multiple business systems and transport management platforms.
  • Support transport operations through driver pre-briefs, debriefs and issue resolution.
  • Prepare, process and validate customer and supplier documentation, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and SLAs.
  • Handle customer service activities, including query management, POD requests, scanning and document archiving.
  • Review operational KPI data and contribute to continuous improvement, quality and safe working practices.

Essential:

  • Fluent English skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
