CST Pharma Limited has been procuring and supplying pharmaceutical products to the UK healthcare sector since 2002. Role Description

The EU Buyer is a full-time, on-site role based at CST Pharma’s premises in Holmes Chapel. The role involves sourcing pharmaceutical products from EU suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring that procurement activities comply with regulatory and quality standards.   • Managing supplier relationships
  • Analyzing demand and stock levels
  • Raising and tracking purchase orders
  • Coordinating closely with logistics, quality, and finance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective supply

The EU Buyer also supports continuous improvement of procurement processes, maintains accurate purchasing records, and contributes to strategic purchasing decisions to enhance the company’s competitiveness.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
  • Experienced in purchasing, procurement, or buying
  • Confident building and managing supplier relationships both virtually and in person
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to analyze pricing and identify commercial opportunities
  • A strong communicator and team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and regulated environment
  • Proactive, results-focused, and able to manage competing priorities

Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or regulated environment would be highly advantageous.
