EU Expert Digital Solutions Manager
The EU Expert Digital Solutions Manager drives the deployment, adoption, and value realization of digital solutions across Europe. The role is built around three pillars:
- Partnering with Global Digital teams to align on EU business needs and lead the rollout of new tools & solutions
- Maximizing the performance, adoption, and commercial impact of existing digital tools such as IntelliDish and IntelliLinen
- Advancing the practical application of AI by focusing on business value, user adoption, and productivity improvements
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the EU liaison to Global Digital Solutions, translating business needs into roadmap priorities.
- Align global strategy with EU market needs and lead rollout planning, prioritisation, go-to-market readiness, change management, adoption tracking, and training.
- Coordinate regional and cluster teams to ensure consistent implementation and adoption across Europe.
- Maintain strong EU-to-Global feedback loops to enhance solutions.
- Own the European strategy, adoption, performance, and usage of solutions such as IntelliDish and IntelliLinen.
- Analyse platform data to create quantified customer and sales value propositions.
- Develop benchmarks and dashboards demonstrating efficiency, cost savings, operational improvement, and sustainability impact.
- Scale best practices and embed digital solutions into commercial value-selling discussions with Sales and Experts.
- Identify AI opportunities that improve customer outcomes, efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
- Convert AI capabilities into practical customer-focused solutions and value propositions.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled business intelligence, predictive analytics, dashboards, and performance platforms to deliver measurable impact.
- Enable Sales teams with digital solution positioning, storytelling, training, and tools to increase expertise and adoption.
- Integrate digital solutions into value propositions and key account strategies to support growth, retention, and differentiation.
- Act as a European thought leader, connecting Global Digital Solutions, Marketing & Experts, Sales, Key Accounts, and Product & Innovation teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in digital solutions, digital transformation, or connected technologies within a B2B environment, ideally Institutional or a comparable industry.
- Proven experience managing cross-regional or global projects, driving solution rollout and adoption, and working effectively in matrixed, cross-country organizations.
- Strong commercial and customer acumen, with the ability to translate strategy, digital data, and AI capabilities into practical execution and customer value.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders across different countries and levels of the organization.
