We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our Product and Operations team and help build an innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce ecosystem for users and brands across Europe.
As a Project Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international working environment. Through on-the-job learning, you will develop practical operational and analytical skills while gaining a deeper understanding of your career interests.

As one of the key pillars of TikTok Shop’s growth in Europe, the LIVE Operations team is responsible for developing a strong ecosystem of livestream merchants and creators, strengthening consumers’ awareness and adoption of LIVE shopping, and driving GMV growth through livestream commerce across European markets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting detailed data analysis to support informed business decisions and identify growth opportunities across European markets.
- Support the end-to-end execution of key central LIVE projects, from strategy development and merchant or creator recruitment to campaign execution and post-project performance reviews.
- Coordinate with local market teams to ensure central initiatives are effectively localized and implemented, while tracking progress and resolving operational issues.
- Assist in developing and improving LIVE commerce playbooks by integrating global best practices with European market characteristics.
- Support the dissemination of playbooks and best practices through webinars, offline events, training sessions, and community management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Recommendation, Governance and Experience, Campaign, Category Operations, and local market teams, to implement growth initiatives and remove project roadblocks.
- Monitor and analyze livestream performance across markets, delivering regular and ad-hoc reports with actionable insights.
- Identify successful market practices and support their replication and scaling across Europe.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in an additional European language to support communication with sellers and local teams across European markets.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with availability to undertake an internship for at least three months.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and markets.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to engage deeply in operational execution.
- Interest in e-commerce, livestream commerce, social media, or the creator economy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in e-commerce, technology, consulting, operations, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with TikTok and other content-driven or e-commerce platforms.
- Comfortable working with data to identify business insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working in an international or cross-cultural environment.
