About Thrivin
Thrivin is a fast-growing global activewear brand committed to creating premium performance apparel for women. As we continue to scale across international markets, we're looking for an experienced EU Logistics Manager to take ownership of our supply chain and logistics operations across Europe.
About the Role
This is a critical role responsible for managing the movement of inventory from our manufacturing partners in China through to our European distribution network.
Working closely with our factories, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal Operations team, you'll ensure inventory is delivered efficiently, on time and in the most cost-effective manner. You'll oversee inbound logistics, inventory planning, warehouse relationships and freight operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes as the business continues to scale.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within a high-growth DTC/ecommerce brand, preferably in fashion, apparel or activewear, and a strong understanding of international supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end inbound logistics process from manufacturing partners in China through to European warehouses.
- Manage relationships with factories, freight forwarders, customs brokers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Ensuring inventory arrives on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor inbound shipments, proactively identifying and resolving delays or supply chain risks.
- Oversee inventory movements between warehouses and distribution centres across Europe.
- Work closely with Production, Planning and Ecommerce teams to ensure inventory availability aligns with launch dates and demand forecasts.
- Monitor warehouse performance, inventory accuracy and operational KPIs.
- Ensure all import, customs and shipping documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Drive continuous improvements across logistics processes, freight costs and operational efficiency.
- Produce regular reporting on freight costs, inventory flow, warehouse performance and supply chain metrics.
- Support peak trading periods and product launches by ensuring seamless inventory availability.

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Inventory Management within a DTC/ecommerce business.
- Experience working within fashion, apparel or activewear is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing inbound logistics from China into Europe.
- Strong understanding of international freight, customs procedures and import documentation.
- Experience managing relationships with factories, freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
- Experience working with European warehouse networks and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory planning and stock movement.
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Production, Ecommerce, Merchandising and Operations teams.
- Experience with Shopify, ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience supporting international ecommerce operations.
- Knowledge of freight optimisation and logistics cost analysis.
