We give you a world of potential

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Global Reward team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our Bristol office. You'll be joining at a pivotal time as we continue to advance our EU Pay Transparency programme across multiple European jurisdictions, helping to shape our approach to evolving legislation and reward practices.

As our EU Pay Transparency Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping the business navigate evolving pay transparency legislation, interpret complex requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions. Working closely with Reward, HR, Legal and business stakeholders across Europe, you'll help shape how we approach pay transparency, remuneration governance and compliance.

This role offers exposure to a high-profile international project, the opportunity to influence business decisions and the chance to develop expertise in one of the most significant changes affecting reward practices across Europe.

A role you will love

You'll join an established programme that has already laid the foundations for EU Pay Transparency compliance. Your focus will be on assessing country-specific legislation, understanding what it means for the business and helping ensure our reward frameworks, processes and practices evolve to meet changing requirements.

Working across multiple European markets, you'll interpret complex legislation, analyse compensation data, review job architecture frameworks and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical and compliant solutions. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, influencing decisions and driving projects forward.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpret and assess EU Pay Transparency legislation across multiple member states
  • Monitor legislative developments and evaluate business impact
  • Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical business solutions
  • Support the continued implementation and governance of the EU Pay Transparency programme
  • Analyse compensation, pay equity and workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Review salary structures, pay ranges and comparator groups to support compliance requirements
  • Assess the impact of legislation on job architecture, reward frameworks and people processes
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Reward and business stakeholders across Europe
  • Provide clear guidance and recommendations on pay transparency and remuneration governance
  • Develop reporting, insights and analysis to support decision making
  • Drive project activity, manage priorities and maintain progress against key deadlines
  • Support stakeholder education and communication on changing regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen governance, controls and reward processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
