We are looking for an experienced EU Regional Training Lead (Sales Trainer) to shape and elevate the capabilities of our commercial teams across the region.
The Opportunity
As EU Regional Training Lead (Sales Trainer) you will develop and deliver impactful learning solutions that strengthen commercial excellence, customer engagement and leadership capability across multiple European markets. You will play a pivotal role in embedding Norgine's In-Call Effectiveness (ICE), Key Account Management (KAM) and Omnichannel frameworks, ensuring our teams have the skills and confidence to succeed.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement regional training and capability-building strategies
- Develop and deliver engaging learning programmes covering commercial skills, product knowledge, customer engagement and leadership development
- Drive adoption of the ICE, KAM and Omnichannel frameworks across the region
- Partner with commercial leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development plans
- Lead the evolution of the Field Force Excellence Training Academy, including onboarding and career development pathways
- Use coaching, performance insights and capability assessments to continuously improve learning effectiveness
- Ensure all training activities comply with Norgine quality, compliance and regulatory standards.

Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent / high level English and ideally German & French language skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles, such as; sales roles, market access, sales management, district management, or commercial excellence/ business intelligence functions
- Proven experience delivering sales training, field coaching or learning and development programmes
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, commercial performance metrics and customer engagement models
- Expertise in facilitation, coaching, presentation delivery and stakeholder management
- Experience using LMS platforms, CRM/CLM systems and data-driven approaches to capability development
- Ability to work across multiple countries, cultures and stakeholder groups
