WE’RE HIRING – EUROPEAN ROAD FREIGHT BDM
We are looking for an experienced European Road Freight Business Development Manager to join a well known global logistics business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven freight sales professional who understands the European Road Freight market and has a track record of developing and winning new business.
The Role:
- Generate and win new European Road Freight business
- Develop opportunities across Groupage, Part Load and Full Load (FTL) services
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Target import and export customers across the UK and Europe
- Develop strong, long-term customer relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account development
- Work closely with operations to deliver competitive and reliable freight solutions

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience within European Road Freight sales
- Strong understanding of UK and European road freight markets
- Experience selling Groupage, LTL/Part Load and FTL solutions
- Existing customer relationships and industry contacts would be highly advantageous
- A strong track record of winning and developing profitable accounts
- Commercially driven, proactive and confident in generating new business
