EU Sales Support & Event Specialist

We are looking for a EU Sales Support & Event Specialist to support our growing commercial activities across Europe for OdonAssist. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer relationship management or sales support within a medical or healthcare environment, who enjoys building trusted relationships with existing customers, coordinating training and congress logistics, and delivering administrative and sales support.

This is a role focused on coordinating training and congress logistics and providing defined admin support to the commercial team, rather than pure business development.

You will be working across multiple European markets (France, UK, Italy, DACH, Spain, for now). This role reports to the VP Europe, but will collaborate closely with the whole commercial team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Conversion Support

  • Support the commercial team on the back end in progressing leads and opportunities through to conversion:
    • Prepare quotes, proposals, and order documentation to help close sales efficiently
    • Complete supplier forms as requested
    • Support customer onboarding documentation
    • Liaise with Customer Care on specific support requests
    • Other as requested

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
