The Role

We are seeking an experienced EUC coordinator to oversee and coordinate a large-scale end-user device migration programme across a complex enterprise environment. This role will lead endpoint migration planning, execution, governance, and delivery, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations in a highly regulated pharmaceutical GMP environment.

The successful candidate will act as the primary coordination point between technical teams, service providers, project stakeholders, and business users to ensure successful deployment, migration, and transition of end-user computing services.

Day to Day

  • Lead end-user device migration activities across multiple business functions and locations
  • Coordinate deployment, refresh, and replacement of Laboratory and Clean Room equipment, running mainly Windows OS, desktops, laptops and peripheral devices
  • Manage migration schedules, deployment waves, and cutover planning
  • Oversee device build standards, application readiness, and user acceptance activities
  • Ensure endpoint compliance with corporate security and operational standards
  • Work closely with infrastructure, architecture, networking, security, service desk, and project management teams
  • Co-ordinate with third-party vendors and deployment partners throughout project delivery
  • Track project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation actions
  • Provide regular status reporting to programme stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Coordinate asset management, device inventory validation, and lifecycle processes
  • Support transition from project delivery into business-as-usual support operations
  • Drive continuous improvement within EUC deployment and migration processes
  • Ensure all migration activities follow change management and governance procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale device migration or workplace transformation projects
  • Strong background in End User Computing (EUC) environments
  • Solid knowledge of application architecture and deployment practices
  • Experience coordinating Windows endpoint deployment and migration activities
  • Strong understanding of enterprise device management technologies such as:
    • SCCM
    • Networking
    • Active Directory
  • Experience managing deployment vendors and cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within highly regulated or controlled enterprise environments
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and tight delivery timelines
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and change management practices

Highly Desirable

  • Experience in a GMP IT/OT environment
