Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un ingeniero de Soporte técnico L2.
Descripción del Cargo
- Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de hardware y software reportados por los clientes en dispositivos de usuario final o identificados mediante sistemas de monitoreo.
- Liderar la resolución y el análisis exhaustivo de problemas complejos de hardware y software escalados desde niveles de soporte inferiores.
- Brindar soporte técnico presencial (hands and feet) para todos los servicios relacionados con asistencia técnica en sitio.
- Realizar visitas a las instalaciones del cliente para abordar problemas técnicos complejos que no pueden resolverse de forma remota.
- Llevar a cabo instalaciones, actualizaciones y mantenimiento de sistemas y equipos en las ubicaciones de los clientes.
- Colaborar con los equipos de soporte de nivel 3 (L3) para escalar y coordinar la resolución de problemas complejos.
- Crear y mantener documentación detallada sobre procedimientos de resolución de problemas, soluciones y configuraciones de sistemas.
- Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de las actividades de servicio, configuraciones e interacciones con los clientes.
- Comunicarse eficazmente con los clientes, ofreciendo explicaciones claras sobre los problemas técnicos y las soluciones aplicadas.
- Garantizar un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente mediante una resolución de problemas rápida y eficaz.
- Utilizar herramientas de acceso remoto para diagnosticar y resolver problemas cuando no sea posible realizar visitas presenciales.
- Colaborar con los clientes para realizar diagnósticos remotos e implementar soluciones.
