Your Role

You'll own delivery end to end and be accountable for:

  • Analysis and scoping: reviewing the current EUC estate, deciding the right route for each tool, and prioritising by risk and business impact
  • Build, test and deploy: managing the full lifecycle, working with developers, analysts, testers, and business users
  • Data strategy: defining where the data for each solution will come from, and making sure it's accurate, controlled, and compliant with regulatory standards
  • Test strategy: designing and embedding a robust approach to validate functionality, performance, and reliability before anything goes live
  • Detailed planning: building and maintaining a comprehensive plan covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing
  • Governance and accountability: setting up clear ownership so everyone knows who is responsible for what
  • Strategic fit: making sure solutions support the wider investment landscape and the firm's long-term goals
  • Sustainability: recommending how the EUC environment should be managed once the transformation is complete

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
