EUC Service Desk Engineer

Leatherhead | Full-time | Office-based

Looking for your next step in IT support? At Bytes, we're looking for an EUC Service Desk Engineer to help deliver a reliable, high-quality technology experience across our business. This role is ideal for someone who has already built a foundation in IT and is ready to broaden their skills, take on more responsibility and gain exposure to a wider range of technologies.

You'll join a supportive team where you'll work directly with colleagues across the business, solve real problems and play a key role in keeping people connected, productive and supported.

The role

As Bytes continues to grow, our internal technology environment needs to grow with it. You'll be part of the team responsible for deploying and supporting end-user technology, managing devices, resolving technical issues and ensuring colleagues have the tools they need to do their best work. From onboarding new starters to supporting projects and technology rollouts, you'll be involved in work that has a visible impact across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
