About The Role

Lead the future of End User Computing for a large, technically advanced facilities management company based in Glasgow, supporting colleagues and customers across the UK. As the business continues to evolve, technology plays a critical role in enabling reliable service delivery, operational efficiency, cyber resilience, and a great colleague experience.

We're looking for an experienced EUC Team Leader to lead, develop, and inspire our End User Compute team. This is a key leadership role within IT Operations, responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused EUC services while helping shape the future of workplace technology across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EUC engineers/technicians, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of End User Computing services, ensuring reliability and a great colleague experience
  • Support the wider IT Operations function in driving operational efficiency and cyber resilience
  • Help shape the future direction of workplace technology across the business

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an EUC or IT Operations environment, with prior team leadership or mentoring experience (management title not required)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment
