Deliver seamless digital experiences across the enterprise
We are hiring x3 EUC Technical Specialist at Cadent, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting the digital tools and platforms that enable our colleagues to work efficiently and securely. This is a hands-on technical role where your expertise in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and collaboration tools will help shape the user experience across the organisation.
You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party providers to ensure our EUC services are reliable, secure, and continuously improving. From device management and application deployment to user support and service optimisation, you will help drive innovation and operational excellence in our digital workplace.

What you'll bring:
- You are a technically skilled and user-focused professional with a strong background in end user computing and digital workplace technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot administration.
- Experience supporting Active Directory tasks, including GPO updates and managing AD Sites & Services configurations that impact device boundaries.
- Good understanding of Windows 11 operating systems and strong troubleshooting capability.
- Experience creating application packages and developing PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve service delivery.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
- Ability to follow repeatable processes, perform thorough testing, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and identify trends or issues.
- Clear communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Demonstrated desire to learn new skills, expand technical capabilities, and adapt to evolving workplace technologies.
