About The Role

Join the Odevo Group UK IT Shared Service team, supporting a group of businesses helping transform residential property management. Deliver friendly, reliable IT support to colleagues and external customers, resolving technical issues and keeping their technology running smoothly. Build your technical experience within a supportive team, learning from senior colleagues and contributing to projects across our UK operating companies.

What You Will Do

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, taking ownership of support requests and escalating complex problems when needed.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, Azure and networking environments.
  • Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions and email services, following security and compliance best practices.
  • Assist with infrastructure upgrades, patching, migrations and technology rollouts.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and clear technical documentation, helping improve the quality and consistency of our IT service.

What You’ll Bring

  • Some experience in an IT support, service desk or 1st/2nd-line role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals, with an interest in developing your cloud and device-management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, alongside a genuine commitment to excellent customer service.
  • A proactive, organised approach and a willingness to learn from others.
  • Microsoft, CompTIA or ITIL qualifications are desirable, or a commitment to working towards relevant certifications.
