Role Overview
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good time management skills.
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 8:00pm (no weekend work).
Minimum commitment:
- 10 hours per week, with 20 hours per week preferred.
The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good time management skills.
Key Accountabilities
- General Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all areas, including offices, toilets, common areas, and other designated spaces.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of rubbish and recyclable materials appropriately.
- Surface Maintenance: Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and sanitise floors, carpets, and surfaces.
- Equipment Handling: Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies such as soap, towels, and toilet paper.
- Report Issues: Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Lead.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties to ensure the site's smooth operation.

Location
This role requires you to work on-site at our modern manufacturing facility in Hereford - Before applying, please make sure you can commute to Coldwell Radio Station, Madley, Herefordshire, HR2 9NE
