Description
The VP, Media – Europe Lead is the overall lead for the entire Evolvics client engagement across Europe, overseeing the global business on behalf of the client. This position reports to the Managing Director, Evolvics and is a key member of the team responsible for the health, growth, and performance of the Evolvics business across the region. As the senior client relationship owner, this role serves as the primary point of escalation and partners closely with the strategy team to align the media approach to the client's goals and objectives.
- Overall lead of the entire client engagement

- Partners closely with the strategy team to align our media approach to client goals and objectives
- Leads the connection planning team as it transitions into media plan details and activation
- Owns SOWs, the financial approach, and account P&L (margin, profitability, and forecasting)
- Manages, mentors, and develops the connection planning team, including day-to-day resourcing
- Drives organic growth and account expansion within the client
- Ensures quality control and integration across strategy, planning, activation, and analytics
Experience
- 10+ years plus experience in paid media delivery; at least 5 of which should be in a senior management or SME capacity
- Must have healthcare/pharma experience
- Must have experience working with other internal agencies and external clients
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a must – experience navigating complex clients a must
- Demonstrated success in managing a cross-functional team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Demonstrated experience working in a client facing capacity with procurement and client brand teams and with an agency leadership team

Key Competencies for Position:
- Presentation Skills: Is effective and dynamic in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on-one, small/large groups, with peers, direct reports, and supervisors; is effective in selling creative services rationale and work both inside and outside of the organization
- Financial literacy and strong business acumen: Understands organic growth revenue targets and passionate about maneuvering the business to achieve them
- Communication: Communicates clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles. Is good at establishing clear directions for the Activation Group; sets stretching objectives; distributes the workload appropriately; lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner; maintains two-way dialog with others on work and results
- Automation: Experience leveraging the power of AI to support increased productivity in a dynamic and fast paced environment
