Company Description
The Impact Coaching Coalition was originally formed primarily to be a revenue generating arm for the Think Tank, Social Movement, and NGO pillars of the World Spirit of the Game Foundation (SotG Global) which tackles the root causes of societal dysfunction, focusing on Cures rather than Treatments while also inspiring and empowering individuals and organizations to take Personal Accountability for maximizing their positive Impact on the world.
Now ICC has spawned a total of 4 Impact Coaching Coalitions and is beginning to direct move the needle across the globe away from Morally Neutral coaching and consulting. Under our system, society and the planet are also your clients, and as such you have a moral obligation to those clients to intervene when your human clients are failing them. If you think "coaching/consulting as usual" hasn't been a major contributor to "business as usual", you might as well stop reading now.
If you are eager to join the battle, please continue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
