EUROPE EPC SALES MANAGER – OIL & GAS
For an Italian company that is our client, an established international industrial company specializing in the design and manufacturing of electrical and technical solutions for hazardous and demanding industrial environments, we are looking for an:
EUROPE EPC SALES MANAGER – OIL & GAS
The candidate will be responsible for developing sales with key EPC customers, primarily across Europe, by building long-term commercial relationships, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the acquisition and successful execution of orders.
He/she will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales and profitability targets for assigned customers and markets.
- Developing the company's business and brand presence among major EPC contractors, including supporting inclusion in the vendor lists of key European and international operators.
- Monitoring and analyzing new industrial and plant projects from their early stages, identifying commercial opportunities and supporting appropriate marketing, pricing and product strategies.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective EPC customers.
- Supporting the preparation of technical and commercial quotations in collaboration with the internal Estimating Department, following the process through final review and direct customer negotiation.
- Working closely with the EPC Management team to define commercial strategies and successfully negotiate orders.
- Monitoring project execution and progress in collaboration with the internal teams responsible for post-order project management.
- Supporting customer-related payment collection activities in cooperation with the Administration Department.
- Maintaining a strong market presence through regular visits to existing and prospective customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the long-term growth of the EPC Business Area.

MANDATORY: 4–5 years of relevant and recent experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with EPC experience acquired within the last 4 years and solid knowledge of the EPC business model.
- Experience managing relationships with EPC contractors and industrial customers.
- Fluent written and spoken English (knowledge of Italian is not required).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and internationally.
Location
Remote work, exclusively from Germany or the UK.
Compensation
- Gross annual salary: €80.000–100.000, flexible depending on the candidate’s actual experience and qualifications.
- MBO / performance-based bonus.
- Non-compete agreement allowance.
- Company car for private use.
